For an active stay:- Sarntal Card – enjoy free public transport across South Tyrol and additional discounts.
- Ski room – equipped with a heated ski boot dryer, waxing station, and secure storage for your gear.
For a stress-free arrival:- Parking – park comfortably right at the doorstep.
- Your room will be ready for you by 2 pm on the day of your arrival. On your departure day, we kindly ask that you check out by 10 am. If you’d like to check in earlier or after 8 pm, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- We have a big hearth for animals, but your dog is not welcome at our accommodation.
- All rates include a delicious breakfast. If a double room is used as a single room, there will be a surcharge of 40 % of the price.
- Children under 2 years stay for free.The following discounts apply for children staying in their parent’s room:
- 2–5.99 years → 50 % discount per day,
- 6–9.99 years → 30 %,
- and 10–13.99 years → 20 %.
- Guests aged 14 and older must pay a tourist tax of 2.70 € per night. The tourist tax is not included in the price and can be paid in the hotel only.
- You can cancel your booking for free up to 4 weeks before your arrival. After this time limit or in case of late arrival or early departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the room price- unless we can fill the room otherwise.
